Our cooperation with the client began in April 2008. We cooperated in an external employment model. What does the cooperation look like? At the outset, we discussed in detail the client's needs, expectations and budget, as well as requirements for the competence of the team to be hired. We started the recruitment process by searching for suitable experts, using our own network of contacts, our database - Jarvis, a referral system, recruitment marketing activities, advertisements on portals and social media activities. We then selected the best professional profiles of candidates and sent them to the client for approval.
In the case of this project, we were responsible not only for searching for the best specialists, but also for carrying out a smooth recruitment process, hiring consultants and delegating them to work at the client's site, as well as providing quality HR and payroll services to the client.
