With the company's rapid growth, the client quickly realized that it needed a partner to fill staff gaps and complete time-sensitive projects. Limited availability of candidates and a halt in planned recruitment processes further hampered the organization's operations. In 2017, we partnered with a client in an employee outsourcing and temporary labor model. After consulting and developing a customized plan that best suited the client's needs, we provided a specialized team of experienced recruiters to increase intensity and speed.

What has our cooperation looked like over the past 12 months? We regularly researched the client's needs, expectations and budget, while establishing requirements for candidates and consultants. Through the use of numerous outreach methods and tools - our own network of contacts, the Jarvis database and referral system, as well as additional marketing activities such as advertisements and social media promotion - we were able to identify the best specialists, whose profiles are then sent to the client for consideration.
As part of this project, we were also responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, while providing top-notch human resources and payroll services. In addition, we systematically countered employee absenteeism levels and replenished staff in case of staff shortages.
