Our client is an international company that decided to open a competence center in Warsaw. The project involved hiring more than 200 people in 12 months.
The client planned to build a center that would employ about 200 people in the areas of finance, logistics, purchasing, IT, auditing, tax and other areas within 18 months. We proposed a Full RPO solution from the Recruitment Process Outsourcing portfolio, under which our team took full responsibility for the success of the project. This enabled our client to completely focus on the business aspects of the project. To execute the project, we formed a team of 9 specialists from different areas, led by an experienced project manager.
One of the first tasks was to develop and implement a recruitment strategy, which also included setting standards for working with candidates and client-side hiring managers. Due to the scale and complexity of the project, the Devire team focused on maximizing the efficiency of the recruitment process and creating a positive experience for candidates.
Due to the start-up nature of this project, our client's employer brand was not yet recognized in the market. So we started working on implementing an employer branding strategy and campaign.
Devire's team worked directly in the client's offices, using its own software and tools. By working directly with hiring managers, we ensured that candidates were sourced quickly and efficiently.
The Devire team interviewed an average of 145 candidates per week, and about 20 people per week were invited to the next stage of interviews. As part of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing service, we also supported the client in the transition to the new ATS (Recruitment Process Management System), providing secure transfer of all necessary data, customization of previously developed processes, and user training.
During the course of the project, our client decided to accelerate the pace and shorten the schedule from 18 months to just 12 months. Despite this change, the Devire RPO team successfully filled all open positions.
After 12 months, the turnover rate among those recruited was 0%. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the strategy we proposed to the client and the efficiency of the process, which proved to be fully scalable.
