We will process your personal data to:
- Assess your qualifications for the position you are applying for;
- Assess your abilities and skills needed for the position you are applying for;
- Select the right person to work for our client or with us.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Provision of the law (Article 221 § 1 of the Labor Code) and processing needed to conclude a contract of employment, a contract of mandate, a contract for specific work, a contract regulated by the Labor Code or a B2B contract – for the following data: first and last name; first names of parents; date of birth; place of residence (mailing address); education; course of previous employment.
- Your consent to the processing of data provided in the form, resume and cover letter, if you provide us with data other than: first and last name; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (mailing address); education; course of previous employment.
- Our legitimate interest – in terms of the data collected during the interview and the results of the job tests. We have a legitimate interest in checking your skills and abilities – we need this to assess whether you are the right person for the position we are recruiting for.
4. data collected from third party sources
As part of the recruitment process, we may collect your publicly available data from LinkedIn. This is information you have made public on this portal regarding your work experience, positions held, education, publications and language skills.
5. storage period of personal data
We will keep your personal data until the recruitment for the position is completed, for a period of twenty-four months from the date you add your resume to our database. If you consent to the processing of personal data for future recruitment, your data will be processed for a period of nine years from the date of application.
6 Data recipients
We will transfer your personal data:
- To our clients on whose behalf we conduct recruitment processes;
- To our suppliers to whom we outsource personal data processing services, such as IT service providers. Such entities process data under contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
7. your rights related to the processing of personal data
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
- The right to withdraw consent to data processing,
- The right to access your personal data,
- The right to request rectification of your personal data,
- The right to request the deletion of your personal data,
- The right to request restrictions on the processing of your personal data,

Right to withdraw consent
To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent (i.e. data provided in your resume and cover letter, other than: first and last name; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence; education; history of previous employment) – you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us at the data indicated in point 1.
The right to lodge a complaint with the authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
