A temporary worker signs a contract with Devire, a temporary employment agency, which directs him or her to work for a specific period of time for the employer indicated in the contract. This could be, for example, working as a replacement or on a specific project for a specific period of time.

Successful implementation of a number of recruitments for temporary work has allowed us to develop an optimal model of cooperation with clients. Devire arranges the client’s meetings with selected candidates in a maximum of one week from the request. It also handles the entire process of establishing an employment relationship – from the stage of submitting an offer to a candidate to his or her first day of work.
Devire is also responsible for administrative and legal issues, providing human resources and payroll services to hired employees, as well as for the termination of employment relationships with hired employees.
