1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the Website, in particular the conditions for using the Services electronically, filing complaints, as well as other rights and obligations of the User. A person wishing to use the services of the Website must read these Regulations in advance and must accept the Regulations before using the Services.
1.2. In order to use the Website on the User’s side, the following minimum technical requirements must be met: a device with access to the Internet, an installed and updated version of the Internet browser: Internet Explorer (version 9 and higher), Chrome (version 30 and higher), FireFox (version 34 and higher), Opera (version 12 and versions 30 and higher), Safari (version 4 and higher); with JavaScript and Cookies enabled, active electronic mail (e-mail) account. Recommended minimum screen resolution: 1024×768 pixels.
1.3. The Service is dedicated to Users who want to develop professionally or expand their business. A person using the Service declares that he/she is using it for professional or business purposes.

2. ELECRONICALLY PROVIDED SERVICES
2.1. The following Services are provided to Users as part of the Service:
2.1.1. Provision, maintenance and development of the Service’s infrastructure,
2.1.2. Providing the function of posting resumes on the Service,
2.1.3. Allowing Users to apply for selected Employer job offers by contacting them through the Organizer,
2.1.4. interactive forms available on the pages of the Website, in particular the contact form.
2.2 Contracts for the provision of Services by electronic means are concluded at the time the User expresses his/her will to use a given Service. Each of the contracts for the provision of Services may be terminated by the User at any time without giving any reason. The User may also terminate other Services by refraining from using those Services. Contracts for the provision of services provided electronically, consisting in the use of the functionality of forms, are concluded for a definite period of time and are terminated when the content of the form is sent to the Service Provider or the Site, or when the use of the form is discontinued.
3. CV SUBMISSION
3.1. Users upload their resume as a pdf, doc or jpg attachment through an interactive form. Successful addition of a resume results in an automatic email being sent to the user confirming that an application has been submitted
3.2. With the submission of a resume, a Contract is concluded for the limited duration of the recruitment process.
3.3. Resumes added by the User within the Service are entered into the resume database maintained by the Organizer.
3.4. The Service Provider makes the submitted resume available to the Employer, who, after reviewing it, may express an intention to meet the User directly as a potential employee.
3.5. Information regarding an invitation to a recruitment meeting is forwarded to the email address and/or telephone number indicated by the User in the contact form.
3.6. Resumes of Users who did not pass the recruitment process will be deleted after 24 months from the date the User added the resume, unless their processing is necessary based on another legal basis, in particular in the case of the User’s consent to the use of his/her resume for future recruitment conducted by the Employer. If the User consents to the processing of personal data for future recruitment, the User’s personal data will be processed for a period of nine years from the date of application.
4 CONTENTS
4.1. The User may not post content on the Service, including resume content that:
4.1.1. are misleading about the User’s person or constitute a fictitious profile of the User,
4.1.2. violate the rights or personal rights of third parties,
4.1.3. contain threats, incite aggression or contain elements of unwarranted violence,
4.1.4. constitute material that can be used for illegal, misleading, malicious or discriminatory purposes,
4.1.5. Are unsuitable for people under 18 years of age,
4.1.6. are in clear contradiction to the principles of social intercourse or common moral and social norms or the rules of “netiquette.”
4.1.7. contain vulgarities and phrases that may in any way violate someone’s dignity,
4.1.8. promote websites that do not belong to any of the Service Providers.
4.2. The Service Provider does not exercise ongoing control over the content posted by Users on the Platform. In particular, the Service Provider does not monitor the information contained in resumes.
5. ADVERTISEMENTS
5.1. The User has the right to file a complaint about the operation of the Site. A complaint submission should contain at least data that allows identifying the User (name, surname, mailing address, optionally telephone number) with an indication of justified objections and comments to the Site or Services. The complaint should be sent to the e-mail address biuro@devire.pl or the Service Provider’s registered office address indicated in the introduction.
5.2. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of its receipt. The user will receive a response to the address from which the complaint was sent or to the address that the user provided in the complaint.
6. AMENDMENT TO THE BYLAWS
6.1. The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal reasons (e.g., a change in generally applicable laws relating to the Service Provider’s business or the form of the Service Provider’s business) or technical reasons (e.g., modernization of the Service’s infrastructure).
6.2. Users will be informed of the change to the Terms and Conditions in an email sent 7 (seven) days before the new Terms and Conditions take effect. If the User does not cancel the Services within this period, he/she will be deemed to have accepted the change without reservation.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The law applicable to the obligations arising from the Regulations shall be Polish law. Any disputes related to the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Polish common courts. The parties will use their best efforts to resolve any disputes arising out of or related to the Terms of Service amicably. If it is not possible to resolve a dispute amicably within one month, such a dispute will be submitted to the final decision of a common court of competent jurisdiction over the Employer’s registered office.
7.2. The Employer, the Organizer and the Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from negligence and shall not be liable for lost profits.
7.3. All materials, including graphic elements, the composition of these elements, trademarks and others, available on the Site are the subject of exclusive rights, in particular, they are the subject of copyright protection and industrial property rights. Use of materials made available on the Site in any form requires the consent of the Service Provider each time.
7.4. The Privacy Policy, located here, is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
