In 2020, series manufacturers were among the most badly affected businesses. However the types of challenges they faced varied from sector to sector. The effects of the pandemic were significantly milder for small series’ production plants and project-based manufacturers. In recent months, we have seen substantial demand for candidates from different kinds of consumer goods’ manufacturers (both food and non-food), as well from HVAC. There are more and more recruitment processes underway for jobs with global-level responsibility within Polish corporate structures.
